I work where the physics stops being theoretical and starts being policy.

I came to quantum through security work, not through a physics department. Two decades in cybersecurity and governance taught me that the hardest part of any new capability is never the capability, it is the institutions that have to absorb it, buy it, staff it, and answer for it.

That perspective is why my work sits across four surfaces at once: market intelligence through QSense Watch, public fluency through the A Black Girl's Guide series, federal readiness through the Quantum Readiness Workshop I founded for a national law enforcement agency, and pipeline through 3.14 Academy.

I served as a cybersecurity legislation subject matter expert for the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and I worked on quantum legislation early, before most of Washington had a working definition of the field. That is the vantage point I bring: I have watched how statute, appropriations, and procurement decide what a technology actually becomes.

What I bring to a podcast, a keynote, or an advisory engagement is translation without dilution, technically precise enough for the program office, plain enough for the public that has to live with the outcome.
